Next Day fancy dress urgent delivery
A next day delivery service is available.
This is a fully guaranteed next working day. The item will need to be signed for therefore please make sure someone is in to receive the item. This service, excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays (Please select saturday delivery).
In addition orders placed later than 3:30pm GMT will not be processed until the next working day.
Deliveries of costumes to BFPO Addresses
Deliveries to BFPO addresses cost £7.99 and take up to 7 working days to reach the BFPO depot. From there the Armed Forces are responsible for ensuring that you receive your goods.
This charge is limited to parcels weighting no more than 2Kgs, if your order is heavier than this we will contact you to inform you of the additional costs involved in shipping your order.
International Delivery of Fancy Dress
All parcels more than 3Kgs (Europe) or 2Kgs (other International Destinations) will incur an extra shipping cost, which will be confirmed with the customer via Email or Telephone before dispatch.
You are responsible for full delivery costs involved including any import duties.
Fancy Dress ordered that is not available
If a fancy dress costume that you have ordered is unavailable we will always contact you using the details provided by you.
Please make sure that your correct contact details are given when placing your order, always try to put a landline number for urgent contact.
Delivery for Balloons
The delivery cost of balloons is included in the price. If you order only a balloon then please select the Balloon Delivery option on the shopping cart page to ensure that you are not charged any addition postage costs.
Please note than if your order contains products that are not Balloons then you will need to select a delivery charge for the additional items.
When ordering using Paypal please try and ensure that you are able to use a Confirmed address for delivery. While we will ship to Unconfirmed addresses we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address is incorrect.
If an unconfirmed address is used we will try and contact you to ensure that the address is correct, although you will have received 2 emails, one from abfab.co.uk and one from Paypal confirming that an order has been placed using your account.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address has been entered when the order is placed.

We accept all major credit cards
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and normal post or over the Internet via a secure server.
Payment processing takes place on a secure server
For us to process your order, we will need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit card number and expiry date.
Please make sure your contact details are correct, email address and land line telephone number.
Orders with declined payment are kept on file for a maximum of 7 days, we will attempt to contact the customer using the email address and telephone numbers provided.
All declined orders will be deleted after 7 days if no contact is made from the customer
Prices for Abfab fancy Dress Costumes
Price are subject to change at any time, without notice.
If for any reason you would like to return any order in part or full, would be more than happy to return you the full amount of the costume cost (excluding shipping cost.), a refund will be issued back to the credit card used for the original purchase.
unwanted goods must be returned to us in the original packaging, unworn and undamaged within 7 working days, this allows you 14 full days from time of recieved goods to return your unwanted goods back to us for a refund.
If an item is being returned for an exchange of size then we will happily change it for you with a cost of £2.50 (excluding international deliveries) re-send mail charge.
Returned goods must comply with the following rules -
Due to personal hygiene; teeth, wigs, facial hair, panties, hosiery or tights cannot be returned or refunded.
Please enclose your order number this can be found on your invoice if you do not have this number please enclose your name and address with the return.
